Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Ensure the watch is in its original, unworn condition with all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards included in the original box.

Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our logistics center in Stockholm.
